How much to cook?

I need some opinions on how much is enough for 30 to 35 people (typical Adult/child mix). I was planning on smoking a 15 +/- pound brisket and 2 7 pound pork shoulders in the bullet. We will also grill 20 or so drumsticks. This would be accompanied by the usual slaw, potatoe salad, corn on the cob, beans, etc.

Will this work?

I've always used 1/2 pound of meat per person as a rule of thumb. Often children will eat less, and some adults will eat more. But in the end 1/2
pound will work. Last week we had a graduation party, 75 people in all and that ratio worked for me.Plus we had left overs.

The only prob that I see is the pork. 2 - 7lb. shoulders, won't yield alot of meat. Once you skin em, and pull the big bones out, you might be close to having enough meat for 20 sammies IMO. Can you get bigger picnics or maybe butts?
