How long?

I am looking for a web site thats gives you info on how long things are good in the fridge. One with more science and less guessing. Any help?

Here's an interesting chart showing what goes on and how rapidly at various temperatures. Also, try a Google search on the terms "danger zone" & leftovers (together).

What I found most interesting was the rates of bacterial multiplication down in the ranges that are considered refrigerator temperatures.

Thanks. This was part of what I was looking for!!! Now if I can find info on foods vacum packed fresh Im all set! I did also search and found info on some college web sites.
