How long will frozen Spareribs last after going in the fridge?

Hi Everyone,

I took out some spareribs from the freezer yesterday and put them in the fridge today. I was planning on cooking them tomorrow but the weather forecast is now predicting 70 mph winds. Will they still be good if I cook them on Tuesday? I bought them from the butcher and put them in the freezer the day they were bought. Thanks in advance!

I wouldn't have any problem at using those ribs just a day or two later as long as they are refrigerated.

Cryovaced? I held them for 5 days in the coldest spot in my fridge.

They're fine. Since you are cooking them to at least a safe internal temp (and in the case of ribs, likely much higher) no worries.
