How long to cook??

Hey everyone, I am going to do some chicken drums and boneless thighs in oil on the new skillet.
My question is how will I know when the chicken is cooked through?

In CI Bnls thighs don't take long, maybe a few minutes per side on HH then cover a cook on low for a min or so.
Same on drums, but I normally cover longer and cook till the juices run clear.

I'd ck with a thermometer then start looking for other signs of doneness. Chicken is normall done when white meat is 165°F and the dark meat is 170 to 175°F. At that point Timothy has you covered: see if juices run clear.
