How long for spareribs?

I would anticipate 6 to 7 hours. On my last cook I ran it at 250 grate temp. The ribs smoked four hours, 45 minutes to an hour in foil, back out and in the heat for additional hour (minimum) to desired doneness (they pulled from the bone, not fall off the bone). Times may vary, and they often do.

Good luck

Gary
