After a lot of hemming and hawing between a kamado or a WSM, I ended up with a Kamado Joe - Classic Joe.

Hopefully I won't be violating too many Weber Grillfest rules with this cook today!

I've got a couple of racks of baby backs on it right now. Really loving the way it hold temps nice and steady.

I'm keeping it in line by putting it's older brothers on either side!
