indeed. looking at the pics, i should have added some squid too. this is a simple dish that anyone can prepare. and you can use a CI if you don't have a wok. one of the easiest preps i've assembled in a while. hopefully someone here will enjoy making it. we certainly enjoyed eating it, and for lunch today too!
