Was just curious if anybody has every tried smoking Honey Ham Ribs, basically curing baby back ribs to make them taste like ham. I tend to find making ham kind of boring, so was thinking of trying something different for Easter. I saw Steve Raichlen make them on one of his shows, recipe link is below. Thanks.
