wow , just realized that haven't posted in a long time. My last post way back in November of 2012. I've been really busy and haven't had the time to enjoy this ole past time. This last month I've finally gotten back to it, cooking for a team party. 12lbs Italian sausage, 12 lbs Cajun hotlinks all smoked. Then 25lbs of pulled pork, it was so good, I had forgotten how much I enjoyed cooking.
Gotta keep it up.
