High Temp Briskets Work on Offsets?


 
Yep! High heat is high heat. The brisket knows no different if it's being cooked on a WSM, Offset, Brinkman.......

The high heat cook for flats is the way to go IMO. Never tried it on a packer yet.
 
High temp cooking is from TX and OK using offsets, it least in my travels that is what I have found.
