I am addicted to smoking meat!
Just wanted to say hi and thanks to everyone here for all the great information, I've already learned a lot just reading and searching through.
I'm from the Bay Area in California, and I work for a local fire department that gets to benefit from my latest obsession of smoking on the Webers!
I started by smoking on my OTG,
decided I loved it and needed a WSM, so I got the 18.5.
Then I saw a deal that somebody posted with brick seeker (thanks for that) then got a great deal on two 14.5's, one for home and one for work.
Then I wanted to build a mini and stumbled across a used one that a guy sold to me for a reasonable price.
Now I'm getting my boys to learn the ways too...
Anyways, glad to be here, and look forward to learning much more from you all, as well as cooking and eating some delicious food!
