Luke P TVWBB All-Star Apr 21, 2015 #22 I do not know where to start complimenting this cook. Flavors seem robust, the cognac is a great touch, cream sauce afterwards, nice knifework for thin slices.... I'm embarrassing myself here, but that entire cook deserves it .
