Hi Heat ribs today

Cooked two slabs St.Louis ribs this afternoon at 265-275. Foiled for 75min at 3 hours. Total cook time was 4.5 hours. They came out just fine. That's the first time I cooked ribs that high, but had been reading about some of you doing it. It's just good to know it can be done if you're a little short on time. Thanks for this Forum. Hope you all have a good holiday.
Except the Gulf states....I know you're not having a good one.
