I just got a WSM after cooking on a small green egg for years. I love it. So far I have cooked a fresh ham, whole turkey (both high heat), and two boston butts (18 hour cook starting Christmas Eve). I love the WSM. I used Kingsford lump on all cooks and it seems to burn real fast. I think I will try the BGE lump next. I really appreciate all the good advice on this site.
