Hi all.
My name is Fran (male). After volunteering to be the grill master at my nieces 4th of July celebration, I caught the BBQ bug
again. For the last few years I have been grilling on a Weber Genesis gas grill with sometimes very good, sometimes so so results. I also have an older off set smoker (generic brand) that is seldom used do to my inability to maintain good temperature control .
Today, I just received my new WSM 18.5 Cooker. Its time for me to get serious about BBQ . I'm sure TVWBB is going to be
a great source info and fun.
