New to the message boards, I have been reading tvwbb for a few years now. I have Big Steel Keg and my favorite things to cook are ribs, wings and stakes. I originally found tvwbb when I grew tired of not getting any sleep while smoking a butt over night. I built a heatermeter and now the sky is the limit with my grill. I want to say thank you to everyone who has contributed there knowledge and experiences to this forum. I have learned many things and avoided what could have been some pretty bad cooks. Merry Christmas and or Happy Hoildays to everyone.
