Thanks for hosting this forum to share best practices and ask questions.

I’ve had a WSM 18 for four years, but before that used an offset smoker for almost 10 years. My propane grill isn’t a Weber, but when she craps out I’ll probably get a Weber to replace it.

I’ve done briskets, ribs, turkeys, wings, and pork loins on my WSM. Yesterday was my first Boston butt, and it turned out great! My favorite is reverse-sear smoking some NY Strips.
