I've done some cooking on my 57cm Weber already, nothing crazy, just feeding the addiciton.
Chicken on a butt roaster, really juicy
Lamb mini rack, soft and tender
I'm looking to do some longer cooks with my recently built but still unused Heatermeter (thanks Brian) once the weather has improved.
I have heavy cast iron grates (and hot plate) from a previous gas BBQ I want to adapt so will be posting my idea in one of the other rooms.
