Hi my name is Gabe. I've been cooking on my grills since May 2012, when my family moved into a home with no oven. Now I am on a quest for perfect Q. I started out grilling on a chargriller smoking pro, then added a side firebox and did some smoking. Then I got a 22 inch Weber kettle and have been getting great food from that. I converted a smokey joe silver and a tamale pot into weber mini bullet and I liked the results from that build so much I got vision kamado pro for doing slow and low. I just bought a fully complete and working 1996 green Stainless Steel Touch n Go Performer for $25 which I am restoring (cleaning/cosmetics).
I am happy to become part this great forum and I already owe y'all big thanks for tips/tricks/suggestion I have used from this forum before I joined.
