Just picked up my Weber 18" bullet 3 weeks ago and I'm hooked for sure! I have a Broil King
Sovereign gas BBQ which is on its 8th year and still going strong.. Was using smoker packs and
cooking low and slow on it.. but no comparison to this bullet!

First smoke was back ribs and pork butt...turned out fantastic!
Doing half chickens again today using recipe on the main page of this site. Gang wants them again today!!

This is great website with lots of great info!
