Hi all

I’m Josh, down in New Zealand. Here’s my current set up. The kettle on the left is a permanent pizza oven using the kettlepizza attachment but I’ve done my own mods using 10mm plate for the pizza steel and and 6mm plate for ceiling.

The kettle on the right is my standard grill with slow and sear internals.

Go anywhere has the stainless riser, rotisserie and stainless charcoal baskets.

I built the offset at the back myself which replaced an 18” wsm. This will likely be replaced with a 2.0 version at some stage.

My newest addition is the Genesis silver C which I’m currently restoring and will share updates in the future.

I’ve also restored and sold the brown C 18” kettle which I do miss!

Thanks for all the great info!

Welcome to the site from the USA. Your first picture looks like a set for an outdoor cooking show. I also love the background in the last picture - nothing man-made as far as the eye can see. You have a great and very practical collection of equipment there!

Haha thanks Scott. My outdoor area is still very much under construction but works pretty well.

Welcome Josh. What time's supper?

I’m so jealous that you’re in New Zealand. Never been there but GMA’s Robin Roberts was just there and it looks amazing and so pretty. Plus you guys don’t put up with mass shootings and bickering politics. Is there room for an ex-patriot down there?

Haha yes there’s plenty of room for you down here. As for the politics and mass shootings, turn your tv off and spend more time barbecuing would be my guess 😉

Welcome Josh, I'm a newbie myself! I also have a passion for pizza and meat slow cooked over an open flame! I'm in the process of building Spider 22 powered Kettle Pizza Oven! A Pro version with the Tombstone, of course! Hoping to find a very high quality, clean burning oak or hickory based pellet. Can I get it hot enough? Time will tell..

Happy fire and smoke adventures ahead!
