Hey fellow enthusiasts, Merry Christmas! I'm new to the site but not to BBQ. I received weberitis a bit ago and have been managing symptoms with my kettles. After a trip to Texas recently I feel inspired to up my smoking game. For simplicity's sake and my appreciation for weber products, I'm looking to get a WSM.
