Hi everyone I been grilling simple things for a year with my late weber q3000, but since now I got the smallest apartment in the entire world, I just bought a weber q2200 and decided to start to experiment a little more with my grill:my next project will be to bake a cake and to smoke some ribs

So, here I am, hoping to learn a trick or two from you
