Looks great! My favorite meal. I like to add my homemade sauerkraut into the apples and onions.

Case, nobody in my house eats sauerkraut but me and I haven’t had it with pork chops and apple sauce since my Dad died ten years ago. I will have to rectify that and you brought back a nice memory of Dad. Thanks!
