Currently cooking 1 rack of baby backs. I set the stoker to a target temp of 275, however the fan will not turn on once the temp drops below the target temp. I have tried turning on/off the stoker numerous times. What advice can you guys offer me?
Sounds like the pit probe is not associated with the blower. Use the browser to connect to it and make sure that is the case. If that is correct it likely is a defective unit.
