Help!

I am new to the Pugent Sound area, North of Seattle (Marysville, Everett) and I can't find any good sources for brisket or Pork butt. Also, i've been using RO lump for a few years but can't find that here either. I really would love some local scoop so I can get back to making some good Q. Thanks.

I cant remember where i read it at this site but someone had mentioned about buying brisket at Albertsons grocery stores in seattle. Hope that helps - good luck

When I lived out there, Safeway had boston butts.

Brisket I had to go to a butcher.

I find them all the time at sam's club(both). Costco has brisket but only flats and they have boneless butts.

try asian markets. they carry just about everything. mine does.
