Help with Guestimate - pork tenderloin cook time?

I'll be cooking a 2.8 lb pork tenderloin on my WSM.

I usually cook around 250. we are going to try some new spices/seasonings/marinades today for this cook.

any guesses on rough cook time and what ideal internal temp I should target?

That should be two tenderloins in a 2.8lb package. They be pretty lean, so marinating and a spice rub (like your doing) is what I do.
I only grill my indirect, than a quick sear at the finish. Maybe a half hour and I remove at 140ish.

I cook mine at 225-250 and for around 2 hours. Ambient temps and weather conditions can vary the the time. Here is a pic of one of the ones I did.
