Help with Gas Grill


 
They're called orifices. And they don't "spray" anything. In a carburetor the similar thing would be "jets" and the venturi would be the effect produced in the carb to have atmospheric pressure push fuel through those jets.
In any case it might be easier to simply see if you can buy actual LP gas there in Thailand. If not the best recommendation I can give you is buy another grill there made to use whatever weird mix it is they use before you end up blowing yourself up
 
See if you can find a local LPG/Gas repair/expert. Plenty of gas appliances would be imported to Thailand, and conversion, if Thailand uses a weird gas mix, should be a common problem. Possibly a simple fix as swapping orifices?
