Hello. I am going to be cooking 2 5 lb trimmed briskets on my Weber bullet this weekend. I am not sure what kind of cooking time I should allow for. Since its 2 5 pounders will they both cook in the amount of time that one 5 lb will take, for me about 8 hours. Or since the total weight is around 10lb will it take more like 16-18 hours to cook. If some one could help me out with this I would really appreciate it.
