Help with Chamber and food probes

I have 2 probes connected to my HM

Both probes are the same type (TW362XX-H)

1. I was trying to calibrate using boiling water method. After unsuccessfully getting the probes to read 212F. I gave up for a while. When I came back the chamber probe reads "No pit probe"

the food probe reads a temp. I tried switching the probes to see if I damaged the probe but the food probe reads "No pit probe" when inserted in the chamber slot.

For preset I've choose TX-1001X-OP

Any thoughts on what to check next?

I would say first of all that TW362XX-H and TX-1001X-OP are different probe types and you can't 1-point calibrate them to read the same. Is it possible you've set something so that it would read out of range (-20C to 500C)? If not then something mechanical has happened, a bad connection or something?
