E Edison W TVWBB Fan Aug 21, 2014 #22 Had mine get stuck about an hour or two after the cook over the weekend. I always smoke with water, and noticed a definite "sticky gunk" on the lid rim. Will DEFINITELY be more vigilant about cleaning my middle section and lid rims as well!!!
