Help choosing size


 
this past sunday I threw in a load of Kingsford BB and let it run for a while to season it. Held 230 perfectly, although I screwed up and didn't use hot water, so it took a while to come up. After a few hours I got anxious ( i was just going to let the coals burn without anything above them) and I tossed on some italian sausages and quarter pound hot dogs for us during the super bowl. Best dogs ever!
I have a 9.8 pound pork butt to put in saturday night this weekend! I may not use water, and just line the pan with foil as many ppl here say to do.
