Wanted to stop by and say hello. I am in the process of building a HeaterMeter controller and have already learned a ton from the forums. I cook on a Smokey Joe, Silver 22.5, Charbroil Duo (On the gas side), and a UDS.

With the winter we've had this year, I am looking to do some serious grilling and BBQing this year! I like to take pictures too :)

Welcome, Matt, from a fellow resident of O'Malley-fornia! I did some fish on the Performer last weekend. That was the first outdoor cook in many moons.

BTW I live just across Prettyboy reservoir from Westminster.
