Been lurking for an extraordinarily long time, and thought it was time I bit the bullet and joined in. I've been abusing the fantastic knowledge of this forum for too long without saying hello. So, thank you and hello!
I currently live in London, but am from South Wales and that's where I do all my smoking and grilling (so thankful for my parents' patience and their back garden!).
Have been grilling and smoking for a few years now. Weber kettles all the way.
I've just put the finishing touches on my new Mini WSM which has been years in the making - really tricky to find an appropriate pot over here - so when I've figured out how to post photos, I'll show it off.
I have a few days off to play this week, so am going to take it for its inaugural burn very soon...
Looking forward to getting involved and having some fun here.
