Good afternoon all, my name is Brian and I have been smoking for about 2.5 years. I started off drinking beer with a buddy while he did his smokes. That lead to me helping more and more, which then lead to he and I being on a competition team together. While I have been smoking for a couple years, I never owned a smoker. I helped my buddy on his and I did my smokes on a kettle. This week the wife finally gave me the ok to get a 18.5 WSM. I'm based in Richmond, Va.
