Hi smokies, I just ordered a bullet last night, due in next week. I also have a Weber performer that I bought new 10 or more years ago. I have been waiting to bite the bullet and decided it was now time.
I have been lurking on this site for over a year, it's "Deep"

Thanks everyone! ETA for my bullet is tomorrow! My daughter makes her confirmation next Sat. You know I have to cook something in that smoker, so I'm going to try and post a "What should I make first" post here somewhere..............
