Just introducing myself. I am completely new to this and have been bitten by the BBQ bug. I have a lil web, weber kettle 22 and just got the 22 WSM. I'm just learning the art of smoking and it's a lot more to it than I thought. Looks like I am in the right place to learn. Thanks for having me.
