Hello from the Netherlands

Hi all,
Here a little intro from a guy in his fifties living in a in the country side of Friesland, a province of the Netherlands.
Passionate hobby cook with a thing for outside cooking.
I own a collection of about 10 'devices' to cook on, including a Spirit e320, 57cm Mastertouch, 47cm WSM and a go-anywhere.
As I like to experiment the collection consists also of a home build offset smoker, a mini kamado, and a joystove.

Hope to share ideas, tricks and recipes.
