Hello front Nova Scotia. I've been Qing and smoking for quite a few years. Grilling on a Weber 22.5 kettle, Genesis E320, WeberQ. I just purchased 22.5 WSM, after a dalliance with a Bradley digital electric. I used to use a cheaper cabinet smoker and liked the true taste from using charcoal ( something about no smoke ring with the electric that just isn't right). Hoping to get lots of good tips and pointers as I break in the new WSM.
