Hello everyone!

I’m Rob from Savannah, GA. I’ve been lurking for the past few weeks researching, and finally decided to start posting.

I got a 22 for Fathers Day, and took it for a first run with 2 racks of St. Louis ribs. Best ribs I’ve made so far (previously only ever cooked in a gas grill) with a great smoke ring.

Next week I’ll tackle a pork butt, and after that I have a brisket that I got on sale a few months back.

I already have learned so much from y’all!
 
Welcome Rob, glad you joined us and congrats on your new cooker, you got a great one. When you do that butt be sure to take pics, we like pics! 😀 Again, welcome.
 
Hi Rob, WELCOME!!!! Glad you decided to introduce yourself after joining. So many people just join and we never get to meet them. What a shame!!! As you have probably seen by now, I love recipes. If you have any to share, would love to see them. Happy Cooking!!! :)

Welcome and congrats on the new cooker and the great ribs. Start taken some pictures of those cooks and don't be afraid to ask any questions you have. There is so much great information here and ever greater people willing to offer up their expertise.
