Hi all,

I am the brand new owner of a 22.5" WSM. I am so appreciative of the virtualweberbullet.com website and this forum. For my first smoke, I decided to go with something simple, like a chicken. I then thought, if I'm going to smoke one, why not four. My inlaws caught wind of my plans, and bought me a porchetta (they invited themselves over to eat it too). So much for simple.

Anyways, things turned out great, and I can't wait to get smokin' again.

Welcome to the group Allen. I've got cousins in Saskatoon I'll tell them to keep their noses peeled for some good BBQ.
