I've been lurking for a few months - this site convinced me to go for a 22.5 WSM as my first smoker.
I've been trying to smoke something at least once a week since mid June? Maybe May? I don't know... summer flew by. I mostly do salmon and ribs, but pulled pork might be my favorite so far. My briskets have only been 'ok'.
I look forward to chatting with you all.
Other forums I've been on tend to share the expression "this thread is useless without pictures"...
