Hey all!! Checking in here to say Hi...
Been using my OTG for about 10 years and love it.
Love BBQ and Smoking meats
Built a UDS and it is SO ugly, it is an FUDS!!
Since we downsized and moved into an Apartment, space is a bit limited, so the Kettle will be the work horse. Smoking, cold smoking grilling, etc...

Looking forward to absorbing the info from this group.

I am very surprised any apartment allows any type of fire on the patio due to fire hazards.

That's the cool thing about this place. I have a small yard, about 12 x 20 that has a wrought iron fence. As long as I am 10' from the building, all is good.
