Hello all! I’m a pizza and barbecue fanatic in Palm Bay, Florida. Discovered home Neapolitan pizza about a year ago. I started with a cheap pellet oven. I quickly moved on from there. I’ve bought three more ovens since. My Big Horn 13” propane side burner pizza oven is by far my favorite. Followed by the Expert Grill Charcoal Pizza Oven! I love it too! The Big Horn has made me lazy! Plus I had to figure out that it’s way easier to cook Neapolitans at 750• than 950-1000•!
I also love to smoke chicken and ribs! I recently bought a new smoker, a 22” premium Weber Kettle! Just looking at all accessories available for it was exciting! It’s also a nostalgic choice for me as it’s the only grill my father ever used!
As much as I hate pellet grills, I jumped on the Spider 22 almost instantly! I always thought that they were cheating. Nor did I care for the flavor. But, after watching my brother in-law smoke a brisket on one, I had to get one!
I’m excited about the possibility of a pellet fired pizza oven! Also by charcoal pellet blends! I appreciate all that have contributed to the forum. I plan to make my contributions this year! Thanks all!
