Hello!

My name is Matthew Stark, from Mission Viejo California. I am on Twisted Brisket Competition BBQ Team. This is our first year, and we're learning A LOT! We use 4 WSM's - 3 22", and 1 18".

I have 4 kids under 8, and my wife stays home with them. Any free time I can sneak in, I'm on my WSM. My wife loves it, and so do my kids - I am a truly blessed man!

I've been looking at this site for YEARS! Just decided to join, because I've got an awesome product to Hock
