Hello from Ontario!

Just a quick note to say hello and introduce myself. I am a BBQ fanatic from Southern Ontario. Have a Blue Ember 4 Burner for the family visits, a Weber 22” Kettle and a 18” WSM that is new to the team. Six smokes in (whole chickens twice, baby backs three times and one brisket) and I am loving it immensely! Looking forward to many more days in the “lab” and sharing and getting tips and tricks here.
