Just joined up. Not new to smoking / grilling over wood charcoal fires, no gas for me. Building a patio sized reverse flow smoker. I just grill over wood fire camp fire style.
Have a modified electric smoker, looking to add a heater meter controller to it. Enjoy making my own bacon, pulled pork, turkey and brisket.
