Hello just bought a WSM. Bought the nomex gaskets to go along with it. Thinking of getting the Partyq also. I have a SM Big Box propane smoker already but find my food is missing a true bark and true smoke taste. Any opinions or comments are welcome. Thanks and Godbless.
