Hi all, thanks for having me. I have been cooking chickens, chicken pieces, pork butts, ribs, etc. on my gas grill using indirect heat and a couple of wood chip cannisters for years. For Christmas, my wife did some research and got me a WSM. Once the snow cleared (recently lol) I cooked a chicken, a pork shoulder and a batch of ribs/drumsticks/chicken breasts on the WSM and I am hooked. I have been planning on smoking a meatloaf (oven meatloaf is kids favorite) for awhile now and noticed a few others have done it already which I will definitely be looking at. I think a half turkey or pork tenderloin is next followed by a first attempt at meatloaf and then on to another first with a brisket. Here is my most recent cook - still a few tweaks to make but I am very happy with the results. Cheers, Jay
