Hello all! Happy new year. I have been using an electric smoker for a few years but I figured it was time to graduate to a charcoal smoker. I purchased a 22.5" WSM. My first cook will be a pork loin for New Years day and I can't wait to taste the smokey goodness. Looking forward to chatting with y'all!

It was absolutely delicious! Had a little trouble keeping the smoker up to temp. Only because it was about 12 deg. F and breezy, but I managed. Next time if it's that cold I will cook in my garage.
